As a member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right kitchenware products to meet their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions and communicate them to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a kitchenware or household goods store, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of kitchenware products and their uses is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This position may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy items.
