Assistant Manager L&OD
Our esteemed client seeking an individual to spearhead Learning & Development excellence and continual improvement in a highly collaborative and agile team.
Job Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of L&D programs and initiatives, includes assessing organisational development needs, creating, and executing learning strategies and programmes to address those needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of those solutions.
- Assess L&D issues and needs, and design interventions to effectively address them.
- Identify & recommend opportunities to improve organisation effectiveness in competencies development, performance management, organisational and learning interventions organisation design, operating models and systems.
- Design & facilitate learning solutions to build capabilities using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Give support throughout L&D activities, such as coordinating with vendors & trainers, managing programme & participants onsite, reviewing & reporting post-programme satisfaction & related post-programme administration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources, and other related fields.
- More than 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years in supporting, developing and delivering learning programs.
- Knowledge of current L&D approaches, technologies, and tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively
- HR or IHRP Certification will be an added advantage
