Job Description
- Working Location: Tuas (Near Gul Circle MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,400 - $2,800
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Timely update of customer Daily Delivery Records
- Monitor and follow up with customers on overdue accounts and arrange for debts collection.
- Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain and organize office files and documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Min O Level/Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative support and basic accounting tasks.
- Able to multi-task, time-sensitive, attention to details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
