Description:
Supporting the team on Learn to Play (LTP) programmes across all ActiveSG Sport centres island wide. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful creation of programmes
- Track and monitor existing program codes and verify valid certification of instructors under National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Registry for Exercise Professional (NREP).
- Provide support to review & endorse programmes submitted for LTP Programmes
- Processing of payments to instructors based on approved matrix provided by ActiveSG
- Manage a shared mailbox and promptly follow up on any requests or queries received.
- Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management processes.
- Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn-To-Play (LTP) programme from various sports centres.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a team setting
- Good writing and communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and administrative work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel and Powerpoint, and some experience in using Robotic Automation Process (RPA). Knowledge of RPA is not a must
- Knowledge in the Government procurement policies and GeBIZ system would be advantageous
Qualifications:
Candidates with O/A Level/Diploma qualifications and some relevant experience
