Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll processing and oversee administrative of HR documents.
- Assist the HR manager in recruitment and resignation procedures such as conducting interviews and placing job advertisements in newspapers.
- Prepare documents relating to annual training and appraisal for employees, ensure that employee P-files are regularly updated in compliance with auditors’ requirements.
- Plan company activities and address logistical difficulties pertaining to employee welfare.
- Purchase stationary, food pantry items and birthday cakes for employee birthdays.
- Record down staff claim and ensure claims tally with receipts.
- Handle courier items and pass packages to employees.
- Liaise with external technical support team to ensure employees receive the technical help they require.
- Monitor the expiry date of employee passports and work passes, and submit renewal applications on their behalf if needed.
- Guide employees in using Mednefits.
- Check employee attendance and update annual leave, MC records accordingly.
