Job Scope
• Assist in Workpass applications
• Ensures the accuracy of the SAP system and signs off all newhire and resignee entry data in SAP as well as other changes made to the system
• Ensures that all newhires are properly inducted within a stipulated timeframe
• Ensures that all resignees are put through the proper exit clearance procedures
• Handles HR projects and ensures the proper execution or management of such projects
• Ensures the accuracy and up-to-date record of all project CVs, contact information and other employee database
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
