Description:
- Full Spectrum of Human Resources: This includes tasks related to Work Pass management, IR8A, IR21, WICA, Payroll, Insurance, Attendance & Leave, and Disciplinary matters.
- Government Agencies: As required by the gov agencies to submit Survey and Claims i.e. Childcare leave claims, Maternity & Paternity claims.
- Implementation and administration of HR policies and practices in compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Full cycle of recruitment process of the Company locally and overseas.
- Administer Staff welfare benefits and claims.
- Assist the Company’s IMS ISO 9001:14001:45001
- Other office administrative duties
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, preferably in Human Resource
- Prior HR experience in the Marine or Construction industry an added advantage.
- Well versed in the Employment Act
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in MS Excel and meticulous in work.
- Singaporeans only.
