CREATIVE DIRECTOR
This person is passionate about design and is able to think conceptually, lead creative team, manage the creative process from concept to completion and oversee client pitches.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as senior designer in a creative or design agency
· Strong conceptual abilities to generate fresh ideas and inspire other team members to do the same
· Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility to juggle a few projects at a time
· Good communication and presentation skills – will meet clients regularly
· Able to lead and motivate a team and to work independently
