- Assist Project Manager / Contract Engineer in contractual and costing matters
- Prepare Pre and Post Tender / Contract documents including bills of quantities
- Site visit and coordination on work progress matters
- Prepare/Review valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows
- Manage risk and control cost
- Ad-hor duties assigned by Manager/Director
- Degree or diploma in Building Construction or Quantity Survey
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in QS work
- Proficiency in Autocad and Mircosoft Office
- Independent and possess good organization and communication skills
