Technical Business Analyst, AVP
Our client which is a leading corporate bank in Singapore is looking for a versatile Technical Business Analyst to join their digital team, this role is pivotal in collaborating with various business units to define requirements for banking applications, develop effective solutions, and ensure seamless resolution of system issues on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to comprehend their needs and processes, translating them into comprehensive requirement specifications.
- Oversee the entire solution lifecycle encompassing solution development, unit testing, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), validating outcomes, and executing smooth production implementations.
- Liaise with Head Office and/or vendors on projects and issues as necessary to ensure effective coordination.
- Offer ongoing application support to users, addressing their day-to-day operational queries and concerns.
- Drive system enhancements, execute code changes, and ensure timely and seamless management and implementation of these modifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, obtained from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT Business Analysis, particularly within the banking or financial services domain
- Preferred technical expertise or hands-on experience in areas such as:
- .Net Development, including familiarity with ASP.NET and SharePoint development.
- Python Development, with expertise in at least one popular Python framework
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, with strong proficiency in verbal and written communication in Chinese, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Demonstrates a highly positive attitude, self-driven mindset, and excels in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
- Possesses strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
