- Interacts with customers, clients and employees in a positive manner to address their enquiries, requests and issues with the products, projects or services;
- Handles the day to day office and project activity and ensuring and keeping things flowing smoothly;
- Resolves customer complaints and issues ;
- Maintains record of customers ensuring all are accurate, up to date and secure;
- Handles accounts, billings and payments of customers/clients;
- Maintains communication between all departments and project teams in the organization;
- Entails recruiting more employees for the company's requirements;
- Any other duties assigned by the Management;
- Shift / Flexible hours when required;
