Responsibilities
- Guiding members with online forms
- Assisting during our Annual General Meeting
- Managing communication with a strong command of English
- Handling Mailchimp and IT applications, and providing clerical support.
- Excel in guest relations, ensuring guests receive good service.
Requirements
- Experience in admin or customer service preferred.
- Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
- IT Savvy
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
