Work Location: Chinatown
Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $2,200 per month + Completion Bonus
Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- Provide administrative support to various functions in the Human Resources Department
- Communication of interview arrangements with job applicants over the phone and via email
- Assist team in administering written tests
- Posting of job advertisements
- Data Entry
- E-filing of documents
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Meticulous and thorough
- Positive attitude, eager to learn
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in customer service, admin work and/or managing events is advantageous.
