Job Description
Talent Acuisition
- Support the recruitment activities eg: resume screening, arranging interview, p-file preparation
- Coordinate new hire onboarding programmes eg: new hire feedback, new hire tasks, manager tasks, post-hired RBA forms
- Coordinate the pre-onboarding briefing sessions for DL new hires
- Coordinate internship programmes eg: liaison with academic institutions, graduation ceremony
- Act as the HR administrator in the recruitment system
Learning Programmes
- Coordinate in-house training courses eg: new hire orientation, leadership skills via online/classroom including communication to various stakeholders
- Coordinate external training courses eg: liaison with training vendors, attendance tracking
- Support in curation of eLearning materials
- Act as the HR administrator of L&OD systems eg: ULS, UPM, U-Pulse survey data etc.
- Support in grant administration eg: claims documentation
HR & Office Admin Support
- Process all recruitment invoices in accordance with the company guidelines
- Support HR administrative tasks including Internal Opportunity Programme (IOP), documentation / checklist, stationery ordering
- Assist in data preparation and data analytics of various HR projects & monthly reports
Requirements:
- Diploma with min. 2 yrs experience in administrationī§
- Preferably familiar with semiconductor or fast paced environment
- Preferably ACTA certified
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eye for details with high level of accuracy
- Independent and a team player
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS office
