Job Description: As a member of the Service Crew at Tanoke, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service during their visit. From warmly welcoming patrons to efficiently delivering orders and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, you will be an integral part of creating a positive dining experience. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with team members will contribute to our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy
- Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations as needed
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before seating new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order delivery
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
