Responsibilities:
- User Access Compliance
- Responsible for carrying out the on-boarding and off-boarding access lifecycle in a timely manner.
- Provide end-to-end support in resolving users’ queries/issues pertaining to application access.
- Working with internal stakeholders in coordinating the recruitment and posting
- Ensure access compliance in accordance with organization’s policies and procedures.
- Be the point of contact for users’ access monitoring investigation.
- Perform secretarial duties. E.g. Assisting in organising and coordinating meetings
- Assist department to perform administrative duties, which may include but not limited to procurement of new items for department, compiling department budget requirement.
- Support any other duties/tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS365 Office; especially on Microsoft Excel.
- Some working knowledge in IT governance, risk and compliance systems.
- Experience in IT Audit OR implementing IT governance framework / policy, IT Security will be an advantage.
- Inquisitive, meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and different levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills desired.
