Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
- Familiarity with computer, smartphone applications and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Able to work retail hours (weekends), 5 days per week.
- Customer satisfaction orientation.
- Training is provided by the company.
Responsibility
- Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Explore and introduce different type of services and options that are available to clients.
- Organize and analyze customer intention and information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain and update customer’s records.
- Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
