We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects, with a particular emphasis on S/4HANA migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in consulting, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Industrial experience in Aerospace, Defense, Marine, Urban Solutions, and MRO, along with a minimum of 5 cycles of implementations and rollout projects, would be advantageous. The SAP Program Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our SAP programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering tangible business value to our business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects, including brownfield, Smartfield/Bluefield approaches.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocations to meet financial targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates and executive briefings to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or another field.
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, preferably in brownfield, smart, or bluefield environments.
- Minimum of 5 cycles of implementations and rollout projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools, with a deep understanding of SAP modules and solutions.
- Experience working in Aerospace, Defense, Marine, Urban Solutions, MRO industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of global implementations is mandatory.
