- Enforce strict adherence to health codes and sanitation standards, fostering a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure service excellence is maintained.
- Monitor workstations to ensure optimal staffing levels and workstation conditions at all times.
