- Daily Operations: From opening to closing, ensure seamless execution.Manage order processing efficiently.
Maintain table setup and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Cashiering: Handle basic tasks efficiently.
- Service Standards: Uphold the department's service standards.
- Guest Relations: Effectively address guest complaints.Escalate issues when necessary.
- Post-service Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness within the designated section.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various staff for smooth operations.Enhance guest satisfaction through effective teamwork.
- Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by the outlet manager.
