Job Responsibilities:
- Overall project management and point of communication between stakeholders such as client, architect and consultants.
- Work closely with client, architect, consultants and M&E subcontractors to meet with the project timelines and requirements.
- Provide technical advice to ensure installation in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirement and contract obligation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.
- Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Create M&E master schedule and identify critical paths and authority inspections.
- Record and manage project issues and escalate where necessary.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Provide status reports to the Management.
- Manage project within the defined budget.
- Liaises with, and update the project progress to the Management.
- Participate in the tender exercise
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree / Master in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of local experience in managing and building M&E construction works.
- Solid technical knowledge related to Electrical or M&E works.
- A positive team leader with good judgment, prompt decision-making abilities and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
