Technical & Training
- Prepare material and conduct training on relevant accounting & auditing topics
- Perform research on FRS topics as and when required
- Perform monitoring and updating relating to audit methodology and Caseware template including trouble-shooting
- Prepare training calendar, training needs analysis and record-keeping
- Provide simple technical consultation to seniors and below
- Perform administrative tasks coordinating enrolment of participants and logistics
- Assist trainers with setup where required
- Track completion of e-learning and Maintenance of Training Records
- Responsible for pre and post-training administration, evaluation and feedback
- New employees administration for training and audit software
- Assist in compliance administrative work, extracting and sorting data, retrieving documents
- Administrator for audit software
- Other ad hoc duties as per requested
Compliance
- Assist Compliance team with formulating/ revising Internal policy and procedures relating to Quality Control and compliance with relevant regulations and requirements
- Assist Compliance team with compliance review of internal policy and procedures
- Assist Compliance team to perform review of completed financial audit engagement files
- Assist in onsite and offsite monitoring requirements by audit regulators
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualifications
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years’ experience in auditing/ data analytics/ IT
- Proficient in MS Office, especially intermediate proficiency in excel
- Fast learner in using several technologies-based solutions and willingness to upskill own self and to explore
- Highly meticulous and able to handle work in an organised manner
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
