Responsibilities:
- Provide support and record in accounts for all documentations in relation and accordance to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors
- Perform accounts payable transactions including booking and reconciliation of debit card purchases against bank statement.
- Handling a full set of accounts, including timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
- Provide support in handling daily financial transactions. including payment master listings and ensure the payments are recorded on a daily basis
- Provide support in reconciliation of monthly bank statements and other reconciliations as required.
- Provide support in preparation of GST submission
- Prepare of audit schedules and compiling the supporting documents as requested by auditors or by management
Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or any related discipline
- Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
- Experience in using Quickbooks will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Exhibit a positive personality and passion towards work
- Able to work independently and a good team player
