• Provide phone and on site aftersales services and technical support
• Attend technical meetings, conduct technical trainings
• Clarifications of technical issues with customers / contractors
• Conduct installation and commissioning training at site
• Responsible for the upkeep of the equipment, machinery & facilities
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
• Able to work at high element environment and on site (safety training provided)
• Travel oversea for customer support
• Dedicated, committed, a good team player
• 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
