Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
- Identify and implement workplace learning need.
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
- Design and conduct training briefing in the company with business development unit for employees.
- Maintain and review training course schedule
- Support the development of training roadmap
- Provide personalized coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a results-oriented culture within the organization
- Plan and execute quarterly and annual learning conferences, showcasing the latest industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in L&D management or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive performance
- Experience in developing sales presentations and proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Experience in using Excel function or Data Analytics tools will be an added advantage
- Experience in Blockchain industry is a must
