Job Description
- Install and configure system, software, peripherals, simple network.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults.
- Provide technical support across Singapore (onsite and/or remote).
- Provide maintenance support to clients across Singapore.
- Monitor and manage clients computer system and network.
- Provide up-to-date documentation of clients IT Infrastructure.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
- NITEC/Dilpoma in IT, Computers or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in related field.
- Willing to learn and accept technical challenges.
- Technical support and hands-on training provided.
