Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support, via phone and remote access.
- Manage IT ticket - create, troubleshoot, resolve and close.
- Monitor and update assigned tickets in Helpdesk portal.
- Follow-up and ensure tickets are promptly attended to.
- Perform regular server/network/system health checks.
Requirements
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
- ITE/Diploma in IT, Computers or related field.
- Basic communication skills for helpdesk support.
- Basic IT desktop/support knowledge and experience.
- Fresh Poly/ITE undergraduates are welcome.
- Technical support and hands-on training provided.
