Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on systems.
Install, configure, and test hardware and software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Managing and updating clients’ demo devices and point-of-sales materials.
Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Working experience as a technician or in a similar role.
Min. Higher NiTEC certification in mechatronics, electronics, computing or relevant field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Possess Class 2 & 3 license with motorbike an advantage.
