Key Accountabilities
• Lead a team to upkeep the IT System providing high serviceability & data security for the users.
• Perform Inventory Management & Annual IT Budgeting.
• Administer & troubleshoot on Server, PC and printers.
• In charge of PC/server purchase for new installations and replacements.
• Network troubleshooting on LAN & WAN.
• Administration in Windows Active Directory & MSSQL
• Email administration (MS Exchange 2010)
• Manage Servers & users email profile backup
Team Management
• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
QHSE
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
Qualification & Experience
• Min. an Engineering Diploma
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Professional added advantage
• 5 yrs Technical experience with at least 1 year in IT Management experience.
• Possess good management skill. A team leader who can lead by example and motivate the team members under ones’ charge.
• Good Technical Project Management Skill.
• Good Technical troubleshooting skill on Server& PC on Microsoft environment.
(Windows Server 2008/2003, Windows XP/Vista/7, MS SQL & MS ISA.)
• Familiar Active Directory, Group Policy & MS Exchange
• Familiar with Symantec Backup Exec & Endpoint Protection
• Familiar in WAN & LAN environment on TCP/IP protocols
• Familiar with Internet & system securities
• Administer network devices e,g Cisco routers, firewall, IPS, switches etc.
• Familiar in Freight & Logistics environment will be an added advantage but not a must
