Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Accounts Receivable (AR) activities and support strategic credit control and collection framework.
- Review monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Compile and maintain accurate AR records for all clients.
- Perform periodic review of credit limits and drive collection performance.
- Work cross functionally to resolve any outstanding discrepancies on AR.
- Review monthly ageing reports analysis and manage various audits.
- Ensure orders are managed and released timely according to guidelines.
- Participate in finance SOP projects and support on revenue recognition accounting to drive process automation and improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of AR / Credit Management or similar functions
- Comfortable with communicating and presenting to clients / stakeholder / senior management
