Working hours: 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Working location: Beach Road
Salary: $4,500 to $5,000 + AWS
- Responsible for full set accounting processes and tasks such as AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline.
- Oversee year-end audits, prepare statutory accounts, and conduct financial analysis.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax (GST), and government authorities where required.
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing following accounting standards and company guidelines.
- Perform timely and accurate invoicing and billing activities.
- Prepare of GST Submission
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
