The Job:
- Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
- Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
- Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
WORKING HOURS: 5 days work week from MONDAYS to SUNDAYS
SALARY: $2500 to $3000
