Description:
- Carry out planned systems checks to ensure systems proper operations.
- Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance attend to “non-contract” request calls and breakdown calls as required and furnish reports of the findings.
- Generate Service Reports for customers and ensure that the report is sent to the customer timely.
- Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress with customers and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors' work at the site.
- Schedule purchases and deliveries of all materials for the project.
- Provides basic support for installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment.
- Perform standby duty for complaints and breakdowns.
- Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project.
- Liaising with clients on technical verification
- Attend to customers’ feedback and issues.
- Preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical and above
- at least 2 years of working experience.
- Willing to learn new things and is a good teammate.
- Able to provide good customer skills to our customers.
