The Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Services team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner
- Accurately process orders, check/print/scan CODO, matching PO while ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and other team members
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
