The Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and function of the accounting and HR/admin processes
- Ensure proper documentation for claim and approval submission
- In charge of the Accounting software (ERP) and handle all accounting matters
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly closing report by coordinating with external accounting firm
- Evaluate and analyze Monthly Accounting report, fixed Asset report, compare annual budget etc
- Handle Tax matter, GST filing, and withholding Tax by coordinating with accounting firm
- Liaison with external auditors, secretarial company, tax agents and bankers, Insurance company when required
- Prepare annual Insurance renewal for Commercial Insurance Package, Product Liabilities, Work Injury Compensation, Group Hospital, Surgical and Personal Accident
- Plan and arrange for year-end audit
- Supervising the performance and conduct of subordinates under the incumbent reporting line
The Requirements:
- Having 3 years of management experience as accounting manager/assistant manager in trading /manufacturing field
- Willing to do HR/Admin tasks
