PURPOSE
The staff will be part of AR & Global Netting Section in Finance reporting to Finance Manager & will be responsible for the Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting for all divisions (Centralized function).
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting
- Include reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement & clearance
- Create AR Statement of Account
- Reconcile of AR & AP Aging & follow up
- Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country
- MUFG Netting declaration
- SAP clearance & off-set
- Audit Report Working & Analysis
2. TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
3. All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
4. Follow-up inquiry & disputes
5. Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
6. Distribution of output to respective division
7. Ad hoc assignment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- 2 to 5 years hands-on experiences in accounting on Inter-Co global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts
- Freight Forwarding & Logistics background is a plus
- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, meticulous and good team player
- Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
