We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in the following capacity: -
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer account management and reporting
- Processing of customers’ or suppliers’ invoices, credit or debit notes that includes verification with supporting documents
- Liaising with customers, Business Units and auditors
- Generating reminder letters and Statement of Accounts to customers
- M&R contracts / Project documents management & admin support
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
- Relevant working experience preferred
- Enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
