Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for an experienced Field Service Lead Engineer who are responsible for maintaining environmental system hardware and software applications deployed at customer sites around Singapore including offshore and island. Field Service Lead Engineer will be involved in supervising of the maintenance team, defect job sheet/incident tickets raised by customer. Provide daily planned system maintenance on time and meeting the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Project Team Lead will be the point of contact (POC) with customers for all system PM and CM work including periodic meeting and update with customer.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution related to the maintenance of the Systems.
- Constantly monitor and review the status of the operational issues raised on the maintained Systems to ensure that the operational issues are resolved or work-around way provided in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Lead a team of Technician and Engineers in the preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM), implementation and upgrading of hardware and application software, when required.
- Perform and maintain comprehensive maintenance project documentation including reports to internal and external customer. Generate Service Report for PM / CM, Tabulation of System Availability for submission of Quarterly Report.
- Manage and monitor maintenance project budget and resources.
- POC with primary maintenance partner/OEM to ensure their support delivery to the system. Manage subcon for subcontracting works, e.g. Aircon Servicing, arrangement of workboat.
- Measure maintenance turnaround performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform planning and scheduling proposal for station relocation and reinstatement. Attend Monthly Meetings with Customer.
- Take charge and account for maintenance project inventory stocks including spares, consumables, and equipment such as IMTE etc
- Plan and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing maintenance team.
- Holding recognised Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ or at least 5 to 10 years working experiences in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics system or equivalent.
- Advantage if familiar with sensor, control, automation, and Information Technology (IT) system troubleshooting. A strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills will be of extreme importance.
- Able to travel around island and work non-conducive environment including site located at offshore island, buoys and in high security areas such as military base, and airport etc.
- Familiarity with Project management and process such as sub-contracting etc.
- Ability to communicate technical information.
- Posses Class 3 with min. 2 year of driving experience
- Possess WAH Manager or Supervisor certification
- Certification in Workplace Safety & Health
