Working hours: Mon, Tues( 8.30am - 1pm) Wed, Thursday (8.30am -6pm)
Job Description:
- Serve as first point of contact for clients, visitor
- Create a positive and professional impression
- Manage the front desk
- Provide support services to employees such as booking meeting rooms, arranging catering
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding process
- Support staff engagement activities and employee communication
