Criteria
1. Applicant must possess a Bachelors Degree in any field and preferably a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
2. Must possess a food hygeine certificate
3. Applicant must be fluent in English Language
4. Applicant should possess cooking and knife skills.
Job Role and Duties
1. Applicant is to work with all the outlets Managers in ensuring a smooth operation of services.
2. Applicant should be a fast learner and a good trainer, as you would be required to train new staff members, managers or give refresher courses.
3. Applicant must be willing to work on Public Holidays or Weekends
4. Is able to understand inventory management and able to liase with suppliers and negotiate when required.
5. Is able to provide creative and unique ideas for Menu Management
6. International Experience will be an advantage but not mandatory.
7. Has excellent customer service skills
8. is able to use Microsoft excel to generate reports and trends whenever asked for.
9. Is able to supervise hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
10. Applicant needs to conduct audits at all shops to ensure all outlets are adhering to the standard shown.
11. Is able To interview and hire new applicants if needed
12. knowledge of styles of cooking will be an added advantage.
13. Is able to lead a team effectively, delegate, instruct and guiding a team are some of the skills you should possess.
