Overview:
The key objective of the Project Manager is to administer, plan, lead, and manage the execution of project implementations in the ASEAN region based on the methodologies established by the Project Management Office (PMO). He or she ensures the proper coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities to guarantee budget, scope, and timing of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Project management for international automation and MES projects in various industries.
- Multi-discipline and interface, coordination during all phases of pro-jects (concept design, basic design, software programming, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and optimization).
- Responsible for successful and efficient execution of projects in terms of quality, cost and schedule and direct reporting line to the department manager.
- Conduct customer visits and prepare technical proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic / Control & Instrumentation.
- At least 10 years project experience in automation and MES projects within the process industry focusing on control system, hardware and software.
- Industry experience with chemical and / or pharmaceutical is preferred
- Familiar with at least one of the major DCS and PLC systems (Sie-mens, Emerson, ABB, Rockwell, etc.)
- Excellent technical understanding of DCS /PLC systems.
Beneficial experience:
- Experience with CAE tools like INtools, AutoCAD, ePLAN, etc.
- MES know-how (OSI-PI, IP21, Siemens OPCenter, AspenTech, etc.)
- Familiar with field instrumentation
- Experience with installation will be a plus
