Job Duties:
- Involved in IT projects and operations, overseeing the setup and administration of Network Infrastructure and Security.
- Manage the organization's Network Infrastructure, including routers, switches, and load balancers, to meet operational needs.
- Implement security protocols, such as firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems, to protect against cyber threats.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the Network Infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular maintenance tasks to optimize network operation.
- Perform security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Respond promptly to network emergencies or security incidents.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.
- Assess and secure cloud environments, implementing controls to mitigate risks.
- Apply security measures and best practices to safeguard cloud-based services and data.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Experience: 3 years in Network operational and administrative supporting routers, Switches, WLAN and Network Security
- Extensive expertise in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANS, VPNs, OSPF, BGP, and routing/switching.
- Proficient in utilizing network equipment from leading vendors such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, TrendMicro, Aruba, and Fortinet.
- Thorough understanding of security best practices, encompassing encryption, access controls, SIEM, and vulnerability & patch management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Experience in leading IT projects and contributing to their successful implementation.
- Providing round-the-clock support for IT Infrastructure, including standby availability for incident or service calls.
- Good experience and knowledge with Windows Server are preferred.
- Good in Network, Systems, Servers Linux, and Virtualization.
