Job Scope:
Guest Service Representative
- Foster amiable and tactful interactions with every guest upon their arrival at the restaurant or bar.
- Deliver consistent, friendly, and professional service with courtesy.
- Accurately record reservation specifics, including date, time, party size, guest name/room number, and contact details.
- Arrange table assignments from the reservation log prior to meal times.
- Maintain effective communication with management.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings.
- Prepare and inspect tables before service, and promptly clear and reset them afterward.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of restaurant tables, seating, flooring, and service areas at all times.
Server
- Get acquainted with daily reservations and prepare service stations accordingly.
- Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during service.
- Inquire with guests about any food allergies.
- Enthusiastically elevate the guest experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in wine sales and pouring techniques.
- Continuously evaluate the ambiance of the dining area and keep supervisors informed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of service equipment.
Requirements:
- Candidates with hospitality experiences will be added advantage
