Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and implementing BIM deliverables for projects.
- Work closely with project stakeholders and modelling team on providing input for model creation for BIM presentation or progress claim.
- Providing BIM consultation and related services on digitalization in measurement and cost management.
- Conducting training on BIM/VDC/CDE software.
- Supporting the sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing, marketing, and presentations.
- Understanding clients' requirements and working closely with internal stakeholders on system integration if needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in quantity surveying, construction management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk, Revit, CostX, Cubicost).
