  • Position : Customer Service Coordinator (SAP / SALES SUPPORT / Order Fulfilment/ ELECTRONIC)
  • Location : International Business Park near Jurong East MRT
  • Working hours : 5 day work week: Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.35pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : WHOLESALE OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations, interface between operations and customer to resolve problems;
  • Follow up on customer requests and issues and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level;
  • Responsible for order fulfilment of customers;
  • Liaise with customers on order processing / delivery requirement;
  • Analyse data and sales forecast for customer order pattern analysis, demand, forecast and stock fluctuation to work on stock replenish and shipping plan;
  • Monitor and check on operational issue. Improvement and prevention action for reoccurrence.
  • Check on daily operation and order management, close and solve the issue arise.
  • Preparation of reports as required by Management as well as customer

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP or similar order management system.
  • Strong Communication / Interpersonal skill
  • Able to handle customers’ complain and conflict by providing suitable solution
