Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled installations and retrofits of automatic door parts, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Troubleshoot and conduct on-site inspections of automatic entrances, identifying issues and recommending suitable parts for the client's consideration.
- Prepare site reports to document completion of work, testing/commissioning, as well as conducting risk assessments for all automatic entrance systems and products.
- Recommend upgrades for automatic door entrances and provide feasible solutions for existing door entrances of clients.
- Maintain the assigned service vehicle in a roadworthy condition and ensure cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Stay updated on product information and technical knowledge company’s and competitor's products.
- Ensure all provided tools and equipment are kept in good working condition, promptly replacing damaged or worn-out tools/equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management or your immediate supervisor.
