Working Days: 5 Days // 8am/8.30am - 5.30pm/6pm
Role:
The Motion Control R&D Engineer will be involved in the development, sustaining and localization for some automation projects. The candidate will also be required to support Sales/Service/Product Management’s request in product customization, to be in-line with SIPLACE system design.
Job Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop, and implement motion control algorithm for embedded system according to the development process to meet the project requirements, goals and objective.
Support necessary function tests and software interface-level related module tests
Work closely with R&D HQ in Munich to meet project requirement, goals and objectives.
Ensure proper documentation throughout the development process.
Developing new ideas and new technology to improve our products and add value to our customers.
Continuous improvement of development process.
Requirements
Degree / Master / PhD in Control / Mechatronics / Electrical or other relevant engineering fields
Basic knowledge in control theory or application
Basic knowledge in SIMULINK / MATLAB
Basic programming skills in C / C++ for embedded system
Experience in machine or factory automation industry will be an advantage
Proficiency in motor and driving technology will be an advantage
Knowledge in system modelling and simulations will be an advantage
