Responsibilities
- To manage the daily operations of all F&B Outlets.
- To supervise and implement standards of service to maintain highest standard and quality during operations.
- Provide training to service team and ensure complying to sequence and standards for banquet/ outlet service.
- Conduct staff briefing and roll calls to provide information on promotions, events, VIPs etc.
- Ensure sufficient supplies in the area and ensure all equipment are well maintained.
- To participate in performance development review of department staff and feedback on respective performance, to guide and improve on the performance.
- any other adhoc tasks assigned by Restaurant & Bar Manager/ F&B Manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
