Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from line managers, providing precise and timely information and guidance.
- Oversee the recruitment process for supervisory roles and above across all brands and shared service functions.
- Manage the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Handle the application and renewal of work passes for foreign employees.
- Coordinate the annual and quarterly performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory surveys.
- Undertake any additional tasks delegated by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with a minof 3 years of hands-on experience, possessing proficient knowledge of local employment legislation.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
- Display a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in handling executive level recruitment is an added advantage.
