Job Description:
· Strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics
· Enforce and ensure workers comply with safety standards and SOPs
· Attend and conduct necessary investigation and inspections for all accidents and infringements
· Resolve all operational issues and report rectification to management
· Prepare and attend weekly safety and operations meetings and reviews
· Supervise, coach and train new workers
· Explore cost and performance improvement opportunities and lead the project
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Possess Class 4 driving license is an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and multi tasking skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work under stress and meet tight timeline
- Able to perform overtime when necessary
- Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary
- Proficient in MS Office
